Dr.G.Padmanabham has joined in the Department of Sanskrit as Asst.Professor on 9-9-1992. Promoted as a Associate Professor in 2001 and became a Professor in 2009. The specialization is Sahithya & General Sanskrit. MA , M.Phil and Ph.D courses completed in SV university,Tirupati. Served as Head- Department of Sanskrit.Deputy Warden for SVUC Men’s hostel. Member, Library committee, SV Vedic University ,Tirupati. Serving as a Vice-Principal, SVU college of arts. Warden for SVUCA Men’s hostel. Programme Coordinator, NSS SV University Tirupati. Chairman-Sanskrit textbook syllabus committee for intermediate course. Chairman- Sanskrit textbook syllabus committee for UG courses. Member, Board of studies in various institutions. Under my guidance, 5 students received Ph.D and 5 M.Phil degrees awarded. Received State-Level NSS best programme coordinator award in the year 2019-20. Published 3 books namely- “RAMAYANAM PATHRALA ADHARSAM PART- I&II ”, “VYASA KUSUMANJALI”. Presented research articles: National 17 and International 3. Presented the papers in National 17 and International 6 Conferences. Given Keynote addresses in different programmes. Organized a National Seminar on “MORAL VALUES IN CLASSICAL SANSKRIT LITERATURE”.
