I am very much interested to render my level best service to the society particularly inTechnical education system. At present I am guiding two foreign scholars. With Research assignments I visited many countries. I utilized these opportunities tostudy thehigher education system of different countries. I got opportunity to participate in confidential workshops related to UGC-NET Examinations. I have clear analysis about our education system and lapses in our education system.I have crystal clear plans to enrich the quality of our technical education system to meet the current global needs.

• Apart from regular Teaching Learning Methods, Online Programmed Learning must be made available for all courses.
• Laboratory Method of Teaching made compulsory for appropriatecourses for optimal enhancement of skills.
• Online courses must be designed to provide Virtual Teaching Learning Environment based on different standard Teaching Methods likesynthetic, analytic, laboratory and lecture methods.
• MOU’s will be established with industries so that every threshold idea and its methodology will be converted into real time utility.
