Dr. TARTTE VIJAYA , Professor of Botany has research and teaching experience of 26 years. Specialised in Plant Biotechnology , Microbiology and Nano technology. Published 158 research papers and authored 10 books. As principal investigator completed the research projects funded by UGC , DST , DBT , BRNS , MoEF , MOES , SERB , DMR-TUF. Awarded with UGC MID CAREER award. Organised 2 International seminars and 2 National work shops .Served as Head and Board of studies chair person of Botany. Currently acting as BOS chair person of Biotechnology and member BOS in Animal Biotechnology and Pharmacy. Appointed as Executive council member for Society of Plant Research. Visited USA , Germany , Malaysia and Singapore on academic purpose.
