Appointed in 1992, Prof. D. Krishnamoorthy has been serving in the Department of Economics since February 2014 after serving at SVUPG Centre, Kavali from 1992 to 2007 and Department of Econometrics from 2007to 2014. He is the Director, & Chairperson of BOS, Centre for Women Studies since 2019.  To his credit, he has 8 Ph.D., and 8   M. Phil., Degrees awarded, 12 books and 67 research papers published.  Served or has been serving as the external member of Board of Studies of several universities including Central Universities of Hyderabad and Karnataka. He is the Expert Committee member of Revision of Degree level Economics syllabus, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
